To get CentOS Linux Version you can do this commant :

[root@sin2 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.6 (Final)

Hope this Works..
Need to download centos latest version, But when I get to a point where I dont know which one is the right link to download it.
CentOS Linux is really one of the best solutions out there :)
