Remove Cpanel securetmp

if you used the securetmp script you need to remove it from boot up:
Check these files for securetmp
/etc/rc.d/rc.local
/etc/rc.local
Remove if it you see it. This runs the /scripts/securetmp upon booting.
This has helped me a lot. I’ve been searching for ages and trying everything else before.
